5. Intellectual Property

All original work created by MMS8P remains our property until full payment is received.
After payment, intellectual property rights for final deliverables transfer to the client.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement prohibits it.

6. Revisions & Scope of Work

The number of revisions and the scope of work will be defined in each project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Likewise, you agree not to share any proprietary methods or materials from MMS8P without written consent.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Projects canceled by the client may be subject to partial charges based on work completed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be addressed per the original service agreement or at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in

writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

MMS8P will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a client relationship at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
